My Project

Gross motor skills are important for major body movements such as walking, maintaining balance, coordination, and reaching. These abilities share connections with other physical functions. Such skills are so important for play, sports, and fitness for all children.

As the movement teacher, I would love to provide my students with engaging and stimulating activities throughout the year.

Gross motor abilities also form the basis for fine motor skills and relate to body awareness, reaction speed, balance, and strength.
