This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This school year will go down in history. My performing arts students are performing on a major stage this May, and we are still in need of a few more uniforms for our dancers. These items will ensure that parents who are already struggling financially are relieved of the burden of purchasing the key necessities to ensure the performance is a success.

Our school is a Title 1 middle school, where many of our students live beneath the poverty level.

This show is a testament that hard work pays off and we want them to look good and perform great.
