My Project

Get ready for Greek Day!

There are many activities planned for this day like learning Greek phrases, Greek dance, performing a play, making clay pinch pots, and Olympic challenges.

Dressing as an ancient Greek god, goddess, or citizen is expected, for Greek Day is an immersion day! Ancient Greeks wore chitons, and I will be sharing ideas with students on how to create their own outfit. We will also be sharing food and feasting like the ancient Greeks, because enjoying food and beverage was indeed an important part of ancient Greek life! (I will also be sharing recipe ideas., but I encourage students to do their own research as well.)

All of the supplies requested are for the different Greek Day activities. Thank you!
