My Project

I teach 8th grade students. When teaching students I feel like it is important to give them a reward for when they do a good job. Just like in the real world, you can earn a "bonus" at your job when you do exceptionally good work. My students also deserve rewards for doing good work.

Chips may seem small to you, but to a 13- or 14-year-old it is a great reward for doing well.

When my students work hard and earn an A on a major test I like to reward them with chips. They earned it! I have found that kids work harder when they know they will be rewarded.

Please help me give my students chips for incentives and rewards for when they do well.
