My Students

Our school corporation is a rural district, trying to equip our students with the skills and experiences to be successful in our ever-changing world. I have the privilege to teach a multi-age kindergarten and first grade class. I love teaching literacy, problem solving, and thinking skills!

My kindergartners and first graders are naturally curious and I want to help support them as they collaborate and learn creatively!

As their teacher, it is my goal to create opportunities to make them curious about the world around them. My goal is to empower them to ask questions and find answers. My students deserve it!

My Project

I am requesting educational games that help reinforce important key skills. I am requesting a game that helps students learn about money and how money is earned and spent. I am requesting bingo games that help students improve their understanding of context clues, fact and opinion and reading for details.

Students learn about teamwork, sportsmanship, and get critical practice on math and reading concepts: playing games is a win-win!

I want to help my students practice skills and games are an engaging and fun way to practice skills!

We would use these games during our reading and writing workshop times. Our fabulous parent volunteers also love playing games with our students! Help us learn by playing!
