This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We are excited to share our vision for a new wellness garden at MA, a serene and nurturing space designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for our community. Our mission is to create a haven where individuals can reconnect with nature, find solace, and rejuvenate their spirits.

The wellness garden will feature a variety of elements aimed at fostering holistic health, including:

Therapeutic Landscape: Thoughtfully designed areas with a diverse range of plants and flowers to stimulate the senses and promote relaxation.

Meditation Spaces: Quiet, peaceful corners for meditation and mindfulness practices, encouraging inner peace and stress reduction.

Walking Paths: Scenic trails for gentle exercise, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in nature and enjoy the benefits of physical activity.

Community Areas: Spaces for social interaction, workshops, and group activities that build a sense of community and shared purpose.
