Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Please help us provide a space where our newcomer ELs would enjoy the art of reading in either English and/or Spanish. Graphic novels, chapter books, manga would provide another realm of imaginary possibilities for our students to enjoy in school and/or at him.

Providing these varied graphic novels, manga, and chapter books in both English and Spanish is going to open new opportunities for our newcomer students who came to the US for a better life and to experience the American dream to better themselves which these books will promote the love of learning.

Our school is currently trying promote students to read in their native language and we don't really much bilingual books. I would like to increase the love of reading and working together with the ELA teacher to have an open library where students can check out English and other language books. With your help this may occur. Please support our students the love of reading. I appreciate it and my students would too.
