My Project

Grandma's Care Closet will help my special needs students, who come from low-income families, face unique challenges every day. Many of them rely on school-provided meals as their primary source of nutrition, but often these meals are not enough to sustain them throughout the day, especially during long school hours or after-school programs.

For these students, access to snacks and nutrition is crucial.

It helps them stay focused, engaged, and ready to learn. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, their families cannot always provide these extra snacks. By donating snacks through the "Donors Choose" organization, you would not only be addressing a basic need but also ensuring that my students have the energy and concentration needed to succeed academically and socially.

Your generosity will make a significant difference in their ability to thrive in a challenging environment. Thank you for considering this opportunity to support their growth and well-being.
