My Students

Pre-kindergarten is tough! My students are constantly on the go. They always strive to work together and help one another learn. I am so impressed with their willingness to take a chance and get involved in their learning. My students try their best with whatever we give them. I would like to be able to expose them to different types of learning to suit their needs. Each child wants to achieve their goals, it's my job to support them in meeting these goals. They are ready and waiting to soar to success! My school is a Title I school, with students of low-income families. We want to help all students achieve success.

My Project

We need new materials to offer my students fun ways in which to learn and create. Using mirrors will help them with understanding our unique qualities. We also need table top activities which help with our fine motor skills. Having games that allow us to pinch and pick up objects helps us build our hand muscles. Increasing our hand muscle strength gets us ready for holding pencils and crayons. We need letters in order to seek, find and learn our alphabet. Being able to dig and find letters we are learning.
