This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are revamping to cater to the needs of our girls! We have rearranged to make a personal study/necessity space in the locker room for all things "girl"! The use of these items are desperately needed, but will be utilized quickly!
Personal hygiene items are a must!
We are asking for different sizes of pads for the girls to have access to when their menstrual comes unexpectedly! The lotion is for the winter months to help with dry hands and legs while playing sports.
A study and tutoring area was highly requested by the girls! The desks and chairs give an option for use to create a separate space from the changing area so the girls can sit quietly and focus when needed. We are also trying to surprise them with a mini coffee/tea bar and requested to go cups for that!
