My Students

Students at our middle school come from diverse backgrounds. With over 70% of our students on free and reduced lunch, they come to school with a broad range of challenges. Barberton is a proud town with many companies, businesses and community members willing to step up to help when asked. Often the people of Barberton who are born and raised here choose to stay here. The students running cross country this season just need help staying motivated and this gives them something to work towards!

My Project

Donations to this project will help fund incentives for students in Cross Country. In today’s increasingly “techy” world, it is becoming harder and harder to motivate students to be active.

By donating to this project you can help motivate and encourage students to run more, be more active and to work hard towards a goal!

Students will log miles that they run on a running log and each week I will choose a student runner at random who logged workouts that week for a goodie bag full of the requested items!
