Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our exam for AP Calculus is fast approaching. Providing snacks for my AP Calculus students during study sessions can help create a more productive and engaging learning environment for them.

Snacks can help provide the necessary energy and stamina needed for students to stay focused during long study sessions.

As we begin to double up our study sessions, snack will help to keep their energy levels up and help prevent fatigue and improve their ability to concentrate on complex math concepts.

Having snacks available can make study sessions more enjoyable and inviting for students. It can help create a sense of camaraderie among the group and encourage participation and collaboration.

I teach in a Title I school in which students receive free lunch. If students do not have snacks available after school, our supply will help to energize those students. I know that providing snacks will improve their focus, participation, and overall well-being, ultimately contributing to their academic success in the subject.
