Help me give my students fun, creative, hands on morning bin building materials that will engage all learners.

My Project

My first graders love to use hands on learning materials to build, create and interact with each other. My students arrive in the morning at staggered times and in the past I had students working on practice worksheets as they are coming into class. I would like to make this time more engaging and meaningful by implementing Morning Building Bins.

Morning bins will give all students the opportunity to engage with STEM materials.

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. STEM education can help students develop skills like problem solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. I am requesting a variety of STEM building materials to help develop these important skills with my first graders. The students will love playing with these materials and not even realize all the skills they are learning.
