This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Flexible seating items have the potential to significantly improve student engagement in the classroom. By offering a variety of seating options, such as floor seats, soft cushions and wobble stools, students can choose the environment in which they learn best. This personal choice empowers students, making them more invested in their learning experience. The comfort and novelty of flexible seating can help maintain their focus and enthusiasm throughout the school day.

Flexible seating arrangements encourage collaboration and communication among students.

Traditional classroom setups often promote individual work, but with flexible seating, students can easily form groups and work together on projects. This setup fosters a sense of community and allows students to develop important social and communication skills, which are crucial for their future success.
