My Project

This project seems simple but little acts of kindness, little rewards, little incentives, and little snacks go such a long way for so many people. Snacks, candy, stickers, and positive quotes can all be used to motivate students to complete a task or some work, they provide a boost of energy (and sugar!) or they may simply encourage someone to keep going.

I'm working with many new students this year with many challenges and changes along the way, and building positive relationships is at the helm of it all- it's how we build and earn trust and respect, and ultimately engagement.

Meeting these new students and greeting them with positive vibes, incentives, and food always fuels the body, mind, and heart, and allows those relationships to begin with a positive first impression.
