My Project

We have a school-wide PBIS behavior program where we teach positive behaviors and then reward students for implementing them. Students can earn reward dollars for showing respect, being kind, and helping others. Students can enter these dollars into raffles or trade them in for concrete prizes. I would like to offer students scented pencils, small candies, stress balls, inexpensive earbuds, and other high-interest toys.

We hope that these small incentives will create a community of good citizens and engaged learners.
