Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I recently purchased my very first home, and made the big move from California to Nevada. I applied for a teaching position, and was hired within a matter of days!! I was lucky enough to gain a position as a Severely Learning Disabled Teacher, working with children with special needs. This project would be so beneficial in helping me set up my new classroom, especially since I am a new employee. By donating to my project, these materials will be extremely helpful with setting up my new classroom, and ensuring that my classroom runs as smoothly as possible. All of the materials will be used during lessons, for differentiation, and to ensure my students benefit from UDL principles. This project will also help to create parent communication folders, and also to keep each student's files neat and organized while I take data on their IEP goals, and for progress monitoring.

I want my students to love their classroom as soon as they step in!

With these materials, they will be able to call it a classroom of their own. I would love for my students to have a teacher that is as organized as possible. With your kind and wonderful support, I would love to start off the school year with everything I need for my new room!
