My Project

Children will work as long as they have a positive environment and expectations. These fidgets and small prizes will improve motivation for students to reach their goals.

It is human nature to want to be recognized for hard work.

These incentives will allow me to recognize each student and give options to best fit individual goals and achievements.

These rewards will be used for when students make their reading and math goals as well as those wonderful moments when a student has an eye opening moment that deserves a reward!
