Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This is the first year of school for my pre-k students. They come ready to learn and to have fun. The students at our school must be in a lower income bracket to qualify for Pre-k.

A glow day while reviewing end of the year language arts and math objectives would be so engaging and fun.

To make this day special I will need black lights , light up glasses, glow sticks , glow in the dark slime, highlight pens. The glow sticks can be used to make up games to practice addition, and subtraction problems such as bowling. They will also be used to make shapes and letters. The highlight pens will be used to practice writing numerals ,words and letters. The glow in the dark numeral cubes would also be used in the math and language arts games. The black lights and glasses will add to the excitement.

I would love to end the year as we begun, learning while having fun.
