Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As we prepare for state testing I want to give my students a fun and engaging test review. What's better to get my students excited? A glow room transformation! The black lights and neon decorations will create a fun atmosphere that will excite students during test preparation.

Students will review math and reading comprehension skills and strategies for a week in preparation for the state test.

Students will be able to demonstrate their understanding of the concepts by using the highlighters to select text evidence or show their work. The black lights illuminated the students' answers.

The materials for this project will provide my students with a fun and engaging test review.
