Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we approach the end of the year and prepare for the winter break, I wanted to think of a useful item to gift my students with. Many of my students have already expressed their need for gloves, so I figured there was no better gift for them this year.

Gloves are a necessity in winter and I don’t want my students to lack a winter need.

They can use them during recess when we go outside on those cold winter days, or while they stand at the bus stop and be mentally and physically prepared for a day of learning. Along with the gloves, I want to give them something fun. I plan to stuff the gloves with a fan-favorite, an invisible ink pen, and something sweet. I can’t wait to see the look on my students’ faces when they get their gifts!
