Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our seniors at the Collegiate Institute for Math & Science have been working tirelessly this year to reach the finish line. As such, our senior committee wants to show them a roaring good time at our 1920's themed masquerade ball for prom!

To keep prom as affordable as possible for our students, we are looking for your help to get some Gatsby inspired decor that can make our prom venue really shine.

This will be the first time that many of them attend a dance of this nature, and so we hope to make the night one to remember! Our school will be helping to fund the venue space and staffing for the event but to really add the glitz and glamour, we'll need your support! We are hoping to purchase feathers, masks, tablecloths, tableware, backdrops and more to really elevate the night. And as you know, it's not a Gatsby event if we don't have the glitz and glam! Any donations that you can provide would be greatly appreciated by our seniors and school community as a whole.
