Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

What I love about students is their focus and commitment to being exceptional leaders and displaying exceptional character. The students I teach are special because they understand the important role they play as arts advocates.

My students work hard everyday to become better people and musicians.

They attend a school where the arts curriculum is extended which helps them make greater strides in a short amount of time. Students work individually and in small ensembles to share their gift of music.

My Project

Obtaining these requested materials will help the orchestra and band classes sound their absolute best. So much of the sound of an ensemble depends on quality instruments and equipment. When students have what they need to achieve success, they are motivated to practice hard and reach their goals.

The euphonium, mouthpieces, bows, shoulder rests and rosin will help orchestra and band classes achieve a rich and beautiful sound with exceptional tone quality.

The percussion table will help students be efficient and organized. The remainder of the items such as rosin and valve oil will help students keep their instruments in optimal playing condition.
