This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As we approach the holiday season, I would like to give my students books that they want to read. These titles have been specially requested by my students and they are so excited that they are already asking when they will arrive. I plan to give these books to the students who requested them the day before our winter break so they will have books they enjoy reading with them during their time off. Many students think they hate reading until they find the right books. This project will help students realize that they really can enjoy reading!
