Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We have a wonderful and cozy space but are in desperate need of seat organizers so students can have a space to store their needed loved items and individualized classroom materials! Additionally, besides a comfortable chair I brought from home for the kids we don’t have any other soft furniture for our de-escalation corner and the bean bag would really help for our students with sensory overload and impulse control to have a more comfortable space to re-regulate. We also have a class ukulele which is very loved by students, but often gets dropped, I am excited about the ukulele strap so we can maximize the life of this loved class item.
