My Students

Students at my school come together from many different backgrounds and abilities to create a beautiful community that we call home. We have both self-contained Montessori classes and self-contained gifted classrooms, as well as our mainstream classrooms, so we are able to meet a large variety of learning styles and student needs.

My students are curious about how the world works, and I try to foster that curiosity with a project-based curriculum and hands-on learning experiences.

Our school is a place where we can come together and build while exploring concepts in science, the arts, engineering, and more.

My Project

My students are given ample time for outdoor learning and gardening each day. By providing them with additional seating options while outside, students will have a comfortable place to work, enjoy a snack, do projects, and do art while outside. We have two large and beautiful trees in our garden area, which provide enough shade to cover all four of these tables.

When my students have access to more shaded seating and table arrangements outdoors, they will be able to spend more time learning and growing in our garden space.
