My Students

My kids come from a place where they have received very limited resources at home, and unfortunately at school too. They are not given the materials that are necessary for them to develop their minds to the full potential. These children are so talented and special, and just need to receive equitable opportunity that other schools get to reach their full potential.

We are working day in and day out to show these kids that they can learn and they will succeed!

My Project

This document camera will be extremely useful for helping the students see what they're learning! If the students aren't watching a live example of how to do something, how will they know how to do it by themselves?

A document camera will mean EVERYTHING for distance learning; I am not by my students' side to help the struggling babies.

When some students feel like they don't understand what they are doing and they don't receive guidance, they will refuse to do the work all together. This will allow me to give intervention to students who need more practice, and differentiate lessons when I am working with small groups (every student learns differently!). By being able to show my work at the same time as the students are working on a problem, it will feel like a normal school day and create classroom community. I can project my document camera on the live call and it will help me teach my students the best that I can.
