Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school offers a Girls Crafting Club to learn a variety of crafting skills that students could use in their lives. Students can learn cross-stitching and sewing with the right tools. These skills will enable students to learn a trade that can be used in their future either in their own business or personal life.

My students are full of wonder and lack the resources that are needed to give them a chance to experience life.

Giving them an opportunity to learn a skill or trade, such as sewing, that they can use in future endeavors, will also teach them patience. Sewing machines and fabric are needed to start our Girls Crafting Club.
