My Project

Hello! I am a FLAG teacher at an elementary school, in the small town of Mendenhall, MS. FLAG is an acronym for “Fostering Learning to Achieve Goals,” which is what I hope to do with Lego robots in my classroom. All of my students are intellectually gifted, and they are all from a Title I school. Some do not have internet access at their homes nor do they have frequent opportunities to code any electronic devices including robots. Gifted students crave new challenges, and robotics of this caliber will provide new and exciting experiences for them. I set a goal to get robots by the end of the year for my students. Please help me reach my goal so that I can provide real-world applicable STEM and robotics knowledge to my children’s educational experiences.
