My students need an iPad mini, protective case and audio splitter.

My Students

My students are looking to "get tech-y with it," through the use of modern technology.

I am starting the year in a new school, with a new group of second graders.

My students are developing their reading and writing schools and working to become global citizens. However, my students do not have the modern technology available to them to demonstrate 21st century learning skills.

My Project

My students will use the iPad in our reading and listening centers. In the listening center, I will download ebooks for my students to read and listen to. With the addition of the audio splitter, several students will be able to listen to a story at one time! In our writing center, students will be able to use the iPad to record digital versions of their writing. Additionally, I requested a protective case to help keep our valuable tool safe!

This project will make a difference by providing my second grader class with the modern technology needed to grow and develop into 21st century global learners.

This technology is essential to modern learning and will also help keep my students engaged in their learning. Please help my students "get tech-y with it"!
