Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At our school, we have many festivals throughout the year where we get to celebrate culture and our students, who have had outstanding behavior. The items I have selected in this project will allow my team and me to continue having what we need to make these festivals possible. For example, I have included a wheeled cooler that will be used year after year to maintain drinks and items cold during the events.

I also included incentive prizes and balloons that will be used in the various booths during the festivals.

Students are always happy during these events and it also allows the teachers to get to better know our students outside of the classroom setting. Some of the items I included are a balloon pump, various candy and chip varieties, plushies, toy cars, inflatable bats, puzzles and light sabers which are always a great hit. All of these items are items we know our students will enjoy. Festivals are a great incentive for students to try their best in school and to show great citizenship. Thanks in advance for your support in making this project a reality.
