The materials I am requesting for my students would make such an enormous difference in our classroom. This year I have worked hard to implement more Kagan structures into my class and as a result I have seen amazing growth in my students. In order to continue this growth I want to have ready made pencil boxes filled with supplies such as twistable crayons, dry erase markers, high lighters, and timers. At each table I want a 3 drawer cart that is organized by subject: Reading, Writing, and Social Studies. I will be able to put materials needed in each drawer such as interactive notebooks, discussion cards, and visual aids.
Being able to place a 3 drawer cart at each of my table groups will not only allow my students to be more organized it will also give them easy and quick access to all the supplies and materials they will need everyday in class.
