My Students

I work in an ICT Pre-K classroom in Staten Island, NY. We have a mixture of Special Education students in our classroom as well as General Education students. They are so eager to learn and love coming to school every day to be with their classmates.

My Project

In our preschool classroom, we have to label everything! I am requesting a Cricut Maker Machine, Cricut Tools, and a Cricut Heat Press to help make bulletin boards, help organize and decorate our classroom, provide students with an opportunity to get creative with projects, create learning materials, label student bins, learning centers and making individualized learning kits for each student.

By having a Cricut in our classroom, it will allow us to open our creativity at our fingertips.

Last year we created t-shirts for the entire class for their end-of-year performance. The students really loved being able to be a part of the design process. We had to borrow someone else’s Cricut supplies which is why I would like one for my own classroom.
