My Project

The holidays are quickly approaching, and my brain is already planning and trying to find a way to love on the children in a creative way as we continue staying focused on our learning path this holiday season. It's so easy to get distracted from our academics, so with the materials in this project, I plan to create a loving holiday experience for them that incorporates what we are doing in reading and writing.

These crafts and treats will allow my students to get into the holiday spirit while they stay focused on their reading and writing!

This project will allow me to finish providing the students with everything they need to make crafts for themselves and to give as holiday gifts to family and friends. Each craft is tied to a book that we read or a writing composition that the children write. The remaining items requested will definitely put a smile on my students' faces as I plan to add them to their treat bags for class celebrations. We had a bit of a rough start this school year due to staff shortages, but every student shows up every day with a smile on their face. I'd love to be able to give them a little something to make their holiday special!
