My Project

My library is a place that students really enjoy! I read on the carpet to them and then students choose books, pick a comfy seat, and read independently! I plan to introduce flashlight reading as another fun way to get the kids excited about reading! Additional flexible seating will give the students more options. They love having the choice of where to sit and are noticeably more engaged in their book when they are comfortable.

I would also like to add more mystery books to my library.

Mystery books aren't just thrilling—they help kids sharpen their critical thinking skills, boost problem-solving, and ignite curiosity! Mystery novels can teach your child the tricks of amateur sleuthing, spark a new interest in storytelling, and strengthen family bonds. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read.
