Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are amazingly energetic and very eager to learn. They are special because they are culturally diverse, and are at different levels academically.

I chose the materials for this project because I want to create a classroom environment where they feel safe, can learn, and feel free to take risks.

I want them to feel comfortable taking academic risks as feeling socially and emotionally safe.

The cushion seats, area rug, posters will help create a welcoming environment. The books will be to welcome them to Pre-k and to help them deal with feelings. They will help facilitate with classroom conversations.
