My Project

My class is very excited for our upcoming reading unit, all about - Insects! In this unit we will be learning about different types of insects and what makes an insect an insect. My students will be conducting their own insect research to write a class book that we plan to publish later this school year.

I would love to make this unit come to life for my students with hands-on activities and books they can use for research.

The insect books in my project will be added to my classroom library for students to use for years to come. The hands-on activities such as the butterfly farm and insect specimen center and the insect figurines will make learning more fun and memorable for my class.
