My Students

First graders are very busy. We spend every minute learning, exploring, and creating.

My students are filled with energy and vast amounts of imagination.

They live and go to school in the middle of nature, surrounded by a close knit community of creative people, in California. Our school is an eclectic collection of caring, creative, diverse, and supportive families.

My Project

I am thrilled with the prospect of forever changing the way we finish art projects in my classroom. Right now, when my first graders finish a project they must find a surface for it to lay on as it drys. Unfortunately, we run out of tabletop space quite quickly and their projects end up on top of bookshelves and even on the floor.

My students will be able to dry their art work securely on this drying rack without risk of it being stepped on, knocked over, or otherwise ruined, while simultaneously organizing my classroom into a clutter-free zone.
