This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

In my kindergarten class, you will find many students full of wonder and ready to learn. They are ENL students, special needs students and many come from low-income families. They come to school with a desire to learn.

I love the way my students want to use the materials to create and develop masterpieces.

Whether it is through a drawing, painting, sculpture or writing, each student has a special way to express their learning. This is why I need your support in supplying the basic needs to help my students create and learn.

My Project

Our class needs some basic supplies for everyday use. We have paper and construction paper but we are always in need of more pencils and crayons. These materials are used all the time during writing, math, science and center time each day.

Getting the basic supplies needed are essential to keeping our classroom productive and running smoothly.

The support you share will enable the students to create and produce beautiful work throughout the year.

The binders will be used as a tool for students to refer to since it will be filled with strategies learned in each subject. The stickers are for the students to receive as they reach their goals and also to use during math when learning our numbers by sticking the number of stickers to match the number. Students love stickers for many reasons and you could put that smile on their faces by supporting this project!
