My Students

My students are very exceptional and always willing to go above and beyond to achieve success. They also participate in numerous extracurricular activities along with school-related functions. My students also don't mind lending a helping hand to their school, as well as their community. Some of them are currently preparing to take the early high school placement tests, all while trying to recover from Hurricane Ida. A great number of residents in the area were affected by the hurricane and have been displaced.

My Project

Students in my classes will be reassured that they are safe. Most of my students receive free lunch because their parent or guardian has an income below the state poverty level. Students have difficulties with purchasing materials needed for class. I continue to share my supplies with students. Students who are not on my rosters know that they can ask me for whatever they need. If I have it, then they can get it. Therefore, my classes will use supplies to disinfect their personal area in each class to feel safer.
