These supplies will help my students stay healthy and present in class. The amount of students I have present in class has suffered the last couple of weeks because my students are getting ill. Due to several absences, students are getting behind in class and performing poorly once they do return. When a student misses one or two days it is fairly simple to catch them up. However, there have been a few that have been absent for almost an entire week due to catching the flu. I am lucky I have students that come back ready to learn and eager to catch up after having a hard time with the flu. I want to make sure I am doing my part in preventing this from spreading by keeping a clean classroom.
These materials will help their learning by preventing them from getting sick and ensuring that they are present at school to continue growing and learning!
