My Project

Our school is home to a diverse and vibrant community of students, many of whom are exploring and embracing their gender identities. For our LGBTQIA+ students, having access to gender-affirming care is not just about self-expression—it’s about dignity, confidence, and well-being. Unfortunately, many of these essential resources are financially out of reach for students who need them most.

This project seeks to provide gender-affirming care products, including trans tape, tucking kits, binders, and makeup kits, to ensure that every student has the resources they need to feel comfortable and affirmed in their identity.

These items help alleviate gender dysphoria, support mental health, and foster a safer, more inclusive school environment.

For many of our students, these resources can be life-changing. A well-fitted binder, the right makeup, or access to safe tucking materials can make all the difference in how a student experiences their day—helping them focus on learning, building confidence, and feeling seen and supported.

Access to gender-affirming care can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression among transgender and nonbinary youth. By funding this project, you are directly contributing to their well-being, self-esteem, and ability to thrive at school. Every student deserves to feel safe, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
