My Project

We are an elementary school with a diverse population of students including students with disabilities and English language learners. We are expanding our physical education program, providing students with more time for physical education in their schedule, prioritizing the goal of helping students to reach physical literacy. The equipment being requested in this project will provide students with opportunities to experience new sports and activities as well as allow teachers to differentiate instruction for different learning needs and abilities through the use of various sized, colored, weighted and textures equipment. Active students are happy and healthy students. Physical education supports physical, social-emotional and academic wellness!
