Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need gloves, and magnifying glasses for gardening. This will support their work ethic, safety, and confidence. They are more likely to dig in and participate being they are young scholars.

The entire school will benefit from the work of the garden club, giving them live examples of plants, insects, and ecosystems.

This will connect to several of the lessons taught to the students during the school year. Students grades 1st through 5th will benefit from the project.

My group of students have such great attitudes, the spirit of giving, and community. They are ecstatic about the project.
