My Project

Brooklyn, NY is a diverse, dynamic area and the children represent that beautifully. They come from different countries, different socioeconomic backgrounds, speak a range of languages, and have a variety of interests and talents. They love learning about each other and the world around them.

Our students love learning about living things and how they grow.

That is why we want to build a school garden. The opportunity to nurture plants from seedling to maturity allows children to build a sense of community while learning teamwork , communication skills, and responsibility.
