My Students

My students (Scholars as I refer to them!) are inventive, respectful, resourceful, and oh so creative! I am fortunate to have the most energetic and creative class ever!! Our classroom has just gained 11 more kindergarten students from the other kindergarten class due to maternity leave.. I will now have 23!! Our school is the ONLY Title I Charter School in Sarasota, Florida! I have been incredibly impressed by each and every scholar that has walked into our classroom family this year. With support from donors, we will have endless opportunities to grow and learn together this school year!! Thank you for believing in my dreams and helping however possible!!

My Project

I have the most AMAZING group of students this year.. and in this group is 20 BOYS!!! With your help I would love to introduce our class to the joys of classic board games!

While playing games my students will learn and strengthen many skills without even realizing and HAVING FUN!

We have older students that come and spend time with our class and these games are a perfect way for the students to connect with each other and learn from their peers about cooperative learning and playing!

With your help we will enjoy a Friday morning game day each week and take the skills with us on our future and even home with our families!
