My Project

This items requested will build upon STEM Thinking Skills that will produce a maze that is supported with engineer design thinking process. Students will incorporate a variety of gamification activities to design these mazes using KEVA Planks. This items can create path, motion effects, as well as variety of out of the box thinking.

The goal of this project allows for students to survey, plan, test, observe, and also construct a maze for keva balls to create a path that will transport a reaction into another area.

This activity involves math with area and proportion, science with simple machines, and Technology to communicate results. With a celebration of accomplished activities.

The students that will benefit from this grant are over 150 G.T. Students and so many more in the future. These materials will help thousands of young minds who have a desire to learn at higher levels with Gifted and Talented Students. They need this type of enrichment thinking to discover, explore, and build upon hands-on learning that can not be replicated in other places. Please consider donating to this cause. It will make a direct influence in the future.
