My Project

I work with struggling readers all day to help them become better readers. My students need to be motivated and encouraged to read through learning games. I'm constantly making new hands-on learning games using laminating sheets and sheet protectors. These laminating sheets will make sturdy, reusable games that students can play together in pairs or small groups. The clear chips will mark their answer choices, and the foam dice will help reduce the noise, shaken in the clear containers so they won't get lost. They will earn some prizes, such as smelly bookmarks and mechanical pencils.

These materials will be beneficial to my struggling readers and help them be more successful.
