This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Giving students space and options for working in the classroom is crucial for success since all students have different learning needs. One way to provide my students options is by adding more foldable tables that could be moved around the classroom based on their needs and/or just extra space to spread out their work and notes. These tables will come in handy for one of our popular activities called "Run in Circles," which has passages posted around the classroom for students to read and locate the answer for the questions provided. These tables will allow students to move around and write their answers on tables rather than using desks that have their classmate's property.

Additionally, a presentation clicker would allow movement for anyone presenting to move around the classroom as they see fit on their presentation needs and style.

Having simple yet necessary resources in the classroom can have such a huge impact in student engagement.
