My Project

We are implementing a new Veterinary Science curriculum in our Agriculture Class to provide students basic training in the career area of veterinary science. Through partnership with local veterinarians and the local community college, we would like to provide opportunities to explore career options in the veterinary field as veterinary assistants, veterinary technicians, or veterinarians.

We need your help to acquire the supplies to make learning possible!

We have already acquired some instructional resources, but are still in need of several items necessary to complete the curriculum, including practice animals and cages, as well as suture kits.

While students will have the opportunity to work with live animals, it is important to develop basic skills utilizing inanimate models before practicing skills on live animals.

Help us teach students about the wonderful career opportunities available to them in the veterinary field.
